I’m about to start a new project, to build a small website with no particular needs: it has to be a showcase for a Jewelry Store. I want to build it with simplicity in mind (you know that I love simplicity, don’t you?) and after a couple of days spent wondering if using Bootstrap or something else, I choose Pure.
Pure is a great project: a small library, easier than Twitter’s Bootstrap to use. The only thing missing is one of those I wanted more: use LESS. The problem here is that Pure is available only in CSS, not LESS. But we live in an Open world, so there was only one thing to do: to rewrite Pure in LESS.
That’s what I did these days. In my GitHub Profile you can find the pure-less repository which holds version 0.6.1 Beta of this project. Please help me testing it and report any issue on GitHub. Feel free to edit it and submit pull-requests, ’cause I don’t expect it to be perfect right now.
